2023 rebrand
As the company matured a full rebrand was needed. In 2023, within 3 months we rolled out a new website. Aswell as new assets across social, email, presentation slides, print collateral, merchandise, AR filters, and event graphics, along with customer branded assets. Created using After Effects, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Webflow, SparkAR, Google Slides and Figma.

Produced dynamic and engaging motion graphic feature videos, using a self-directed product Figma template that could be easily used within all marketing assets, including digital and print assets.

Web design
Rollout of a new Webflow website within 3 months, whilst taking on board stakeholder’s feedback and managing a small team and tasks to maintain business as usual. Resulting in a 100% text accessibility. Increased consistency and hierarchy across all products and services.

124% increase in pages per session, with an average engagement time 37% above B2B average, resulting in a 375% increase in returning users, within 8 weeks of launching a rebranded website.

Print & events
Creation of marketing and sales collateral. Including merchandise, brochures, flyers, customer renewals, proposals, welcome packs, posters, roller banners, and event stands.

Customer branded assets
Launch and implementation of a new customer-only service, spearheaded by the CMO and myself.

The service included consulting with customers to create customer-branded assets specifically used for Thrive Learning’s products. Including social assets, promotional materials, merchandise, teaser videos, and digital product imagery. Resulting in over 30% of eligible customers signing up for the service within the first year.

2022 brand refresh
Not soon after I joined Thrive, I spearheaded a brand refresh that was implemented within the first 4 months. This allowed the company to realign the brand from a marketing point of view. Resulting in award winning event stands, and one of the most talked about customer events in the industry.

Thrive Live '22 was a customer focused event with live speakers, and after party. Creation of animated slides, venue graphics, print collateral, and AR filters. Role of stage manager to manage the agenda of the day, including cues for lights, music, visuals, and keynote panel speakers.
